I attended the NSF DARE Conference: Transformative Opportunities for Modeling in Neurorehabilitation in Los Angeles as one of ten selected Fellows. This was a great meeting between clinicians, engineers, and modelers to try and break down the barriers between these disciplines that really need to be working together if we're going to push neurorehabilitation forward. Meeting the attendees and especially the other fellows has been extremely motivating, and I'm looking forward to coauthoring a perspective paper with the other fellows in the wake of the meeting.
